Why your gut

Trillions of bacteria. One daily routine.

Your gut is home to a huge community of microbes that help you digest food. Modern routines (rushed meals, travel, stress) can make it hard to stay consistent. A daily probiotic is a simple way to add beneficial bacteria, every day.*

38 trillionbacteria live in and on the average adult body, most of them in the colon.1

How it compares

Not all probiotics tell you what's inside.

Many budget probiotics list a species name and stop there. We print the exact strain codes, the CFU count and the prebiotic on every bottle.

Inside every serving

Four named strains. Plus the fiber they feed on.

Each strain is listed by its strain code, the way researchers identify them. That matters because probiotic research is often specific to the strain, not just the species, so you can look up every one.

We state 40 billion CFU at time of manufacture. Like all live cultures, counts naturally decline over time, so keep the bottle closed tight in a cool, dry place. Everyone's gut is different, and results vary from person to person.

The daily routine

Two capsules. Two moments.

STEP 1 · DURING THE DAY

Take 1 capsule

With a glass of water. Pairing it with something you already do daily, like lunch, makes it easy to remember.

STEP 2 · IN THE EVENING

Take the second

The serving is split across the day: one capsule by day, one in the evening.

STEP 3 · EVERY DAY

Stay consistent

Give it two to four weeks of daily use. Your gut adjusts over time, so consistency matters more than any single dose.

Questions

Good to know

Still deciding? Email support@fivacore.com and we'll help.

How do I take it?

Take 2 capsules a day with water: one during the day and one in the evening. One bottle is a 30-day supply.

What does 40 billion CFU mean?

CFU stands for colony-forming units, the standard way to count live probiotic cells. Each 2-capsule serving contains 40 billion CFU across four strains, measured at time of manufacture. Higher isn't automatically better; the strains matter too, which is why we name every one.

Why do the strain codes matter?

Probiotic research is often specific to the strain, not just the species. La-14, Bl-04, Lp-115 and Lpc-37 are the exact strains in every capsule, so you can look up the research on each one yourself.

Will I notice anything at first?

Some people notice mild gas or bloating in the first few days as their routine settles. That's common with probiotics and usually passes. Give it two to four weeks of daily use before you judge it.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

No. Store it in a cool, dry place with the lid closed tight, away from heat and humidity (a steamy bathroom isn't ideal).

Can I take it with Colostrum or other supplements?

Yes. That's the Gut Stack: take your capsules as usual and mix a scoop of colostrum into a cold drink. Colostrum contains milk. If you're immunocompromised, pregnant, nursing, under 18, take medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

What's in it?

A 40 billion CFU probiotic blend (800 mg) of Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-115 and Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37, plus a marine polysaccharide complex (MAKTREK®, 60 mg) and fructooligosaccharide prebiotic fiber (24 mg). Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), rice maltodextrin, L-leucine.

Where is it made?

Fivacore Probiotic 40 Billion is manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-compliant facility and ships from our US fulfillment partner.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every US order, whether you choose one bottle or three. Orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order, even on an opened bottle.
