1. Overview

fivacore.com is operated by Opulence Ventures LLC ("FivaCore," "we," "us"). By visiting this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our products are dietary supplements intended for adults.

3. Health and supplement disclaimer

Statements on this site and on our labels have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general education and isn't medical advice.

Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. Follow the suggested use on the label and don't exceed it. Stop using the product and contact a doctor if you have any adverse reaction. Individual results vary. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We work to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen, and packaging may differ slightly from the images shown. We may correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

You agree to give accurate and current purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store full card numbers.

6. Shipping, refunds and risk of loss

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy and refunds, including our 30-day guarantee, by our Refund policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provide.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, comment or other content, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience, doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and doesn't claim that our products treat, cure or prevent any disease. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with FivaCore. We may edit for length or remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The FivaCore name, logo, product names, designs, text, images and other content on this site belong to Opulence Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to resell our products without our permission, to interfere with the site's security or operation, to submit false information, or to scrape or harvest data from the site.

11. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use services from third parties, such as payment processors and carriers. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund policy and as required by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any specific result from using our products.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opulence Ventures LLC and its owners, employees, suppliers and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opulence Ventures LLC and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
