How It Works
Email us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Once we receive the returned product (unopened, in its original condition), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will reship or refund — no return needed.
This is our starter policy and will be updated as our guarantee program is finalized.
